The HEIDENHAIN LC 496F absolute sealed linear encoder with small cross section offers HEIDENHAIN's new optimal scanning principle and has the following features:
- Measuring lengths from 70mm to 2040mm
- Accuracy grades of 3µm or 5µm
- 20µm grating period
- Two measuring steps: 1.2500nm and 10.0000nm
- Data interface: Fanuc05 Serial interface ALPHA/ALPHAi
